Position: Technical Specialist (Service Now Developer )Location: Raleigh, NCDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Type: ContractInterview: Webcam Interview OnlyNote: Local Candidates OnlyRequired Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration.Proficient in ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions.Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).Knowledge of building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).ServiceNow Certification is highly desirable.Ability to estimate software development efforts is a plus.
