This position plays a critical role in building and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-focused, and willing to work outdoors in various conditions.Key Responsibilities:Assist HDD crews with setup and operation of directional drilling equipmentSupport installation of fiber optic conduit and cableLoad, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sitesPerform hand digging, potholing, and job site preparationMaintain bore paths and assist with drilling fluid (mud) mixing and handlingHelp locate and expose underground utilities (daylighting)Restore job sites, including backfilling and cleanupFollow all OSHA and company safety proceduresWork closely with drill operators, locators, and foremenQualifications:Previous construction, utility, or telecommunications experience preferredHDD or underground utility experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work dailyComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsValid driver's license required (CDL is a plus, if applicable)Ability to follow directions and work as part of a teamBasic understanding of hand and power toolsWork Environment:Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditionsPhysically demanding work including lifting, digging, and standing for long periodsMay require travel to job sites and occasional overtimeBenefits (if applicable):Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off / holidays401(k) or retirement optionsOpportunities for training and advancement within the companyHow to Apply: Apply online at through this listing or call Charlie at 816-289-3574
