Youth Basketball Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching and experience working with young athletes. This role involves not only teaching the fundamentals of basketball but also fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants. Duties Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the skill levels of participants. Conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy. Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote overall athletic development within the program. Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in basketball. Background in teaching or working with young athletes in an educational setting is highly desirable.
