Role: Cable Technician (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)Duration: 6 months Contract-to-Hire Schedule: 40 hrs./weekWe are seeking a Cable Technician with hands-on experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair communication systems and structured cabling.Required Qualifications4+ years of Cable Technician experience installing and maintaining digital computer systems, telecommunications equipment, and structured cablingOR2+ years as a Lead Cable TechnicianExperience with copper, fiber optic, and coaxial cabling, including splicing, testing, and terminationExperience installing and supporting routers, switches, security systems, cameras, and other network/telecom equipmentMust be eligible to convert to a full-time employee (no visa sponsorship)PreferredTechnical training or education in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunications and network equipmentPerform cable installation, splicing, testing, and termination (fiber, copper, coax)Coordinate installations, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance with vendors and contractorsSupport network infrastructure projects and maintain equipment inventory
