Construction Superintendent

Client Summary:High Country Search Group is partnering with a private, design-led real estate development firm that is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for high-end custom residential projects in Salt Lake City and Park City's Metropolitan Area.You’ll work closely with internal teams—project management, architecture, and design—to bring bespoke luxury homes to life. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on execution, quality control, and trade coordination.
