Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall leadership, direction and control of activities for the Public Sector sales organization in the SLED New England Region.
Recruits, motivates and maintains an effective sales force.
Coaches teams with sales enablement and ongoing feedback to ensure deal processes
Utilizes tools such as MEDDPICC, Clari, SFDC, & GovSpend
Develop and maintain C-Level relationships with customers
Build and maintain relationships with all channel partners in territory
Directs sales force in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include sales administration, quota assignment and account and channel management.
Forecast management
Working with team members to build account plans, territory plans and overall account strategy
Help team build in new pipeline daily
Grow and protect existing customer base.
Win major Public Sector accounts in the US. This position requires day-to-day and overnight travel.
Travel within the New England region and beyond.
Lead by example with team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a Public Sector sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace.
Must have experience in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software products.
Experience working with SLED (State, Local and Education) Customers
MEDDPICC experience
Experience in cybersecurity marketplace.
Proven contacts in Public Sector Sales accounts.
Good understanding of the all contract vehicles in region
Strong understanding of Government Procurement and Compliance Rules
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
Be a mentor, coach, advocate and guide to your team navigating them thru growth

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
