Your expertise in PLC programming and Industry 4.0 technologies will be essential in developing innovative automated solutions that power advanced manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems, contributing to process improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies, minimizing downtime. Develop and maintain PLC and HMI programs to enhance automation system functionality. Utilize shop tools and testing equipment to maintain and repair electromechanical control systems, ensuring precision and accuracy. Contribute to the design and implementation of automated solutions, leveraging knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies. Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and various control voltages. Expertise in using shop tools and testing equipment for electromechanical control systems. Experience with industrial robot programming (Yaskawa Motoman, Universal Robotics, Fanuc). Preferred Skills Familiarity with programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems. Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks). Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD). Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
