Event Dishwasher

Position Summary Entwined Events is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our culinary and event operations team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment before, during, and after events. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dish machines or by hand as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal procedures Sweep and mop floors regularly and clean spills promptly Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events Store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a positive and professional attitude during high-volume events Qualifications Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
