Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized and bilingual Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and quality benchmarks. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify accuracy and feasibility before project commencement. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations with HeavyBid or comparable tools, and contract negotiations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, and communication across teams. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Facilitate project meetings to coordinate schedules, address challenges, and update stakeholders on project status. Ensure timely submission of reports related to project progress, costs, safety incidents, and compliance documentation. Experience Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in overseeing large-scale structural concrete projects on-site. High-rise buildings experience preferably. Extensive experience in formwork systems for cast in place concrete. Extensive experience in post-tensioning and reinforcing steel procedures. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for structural shell construction projects. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong understanding of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills. Prior experience coordinating diverse teams across various disciplines within the construction industry is highly desirable.
