SUMMARY:
The Installation Manager position manages all installations, Technicians, and Subcontractors in his/her areas to facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and budgeted goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an accurate monthly forecast and consistently be within 10% of monthly forecast.
Contact clients and schedule installations.
Coordinate schedules with technicians and subcontractors.
Receive shipments weekly with WoW inventory software.
70% of time should be spent in the field on installations, providing training and guidance for technicians and subcontractors.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job requires supervision of installers in the region and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department. On occasion, Installation Managers may be required to respond to urgent afterhours phone calls, emails, and text messages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have supervised, project managed and/or led high volume and complex installations involving Video Surveillance and Access Control systems.
Ability to travel within the States, as well as- States when necessary. Must be dependable, self-starter, professional individual with an extremely high customer service orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Respond to all service-related calls daily and repair any part of the security system that is non-operational. Respond to any urgent request of his/her direct superior to facilitate excellent customer service. Must know basic electricity.
