Brokerage Operations Specialist

Our client, a financial services and digital payments company, is seeking a Brokerage Operations Specialist. This role is within the account operations team at Cash App Investing, and reports to the brokerage operations account lead. **The candidate must be located in Portland, Oregon, and have FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 63, & 24** This position is an onsite 3-month contract. You must be able to work in Portland, Oregon, and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $55.12 + paid holidays through Talent Table. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on strategic initiatives related to brokerage functions. Document standard operating procedures and job aids and update as needed. Willing to work and get comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Works closely with peers to provide support in functional areas of operation and provides feedback. Reviews and actions accounts in accordance with firm policy and procedure. Performs and completes daily operational processing functions and maintains records in accordance with firms Written Supervisory Procedures and operational processes. High-level understanding of SEC / FINRA regulations that pertain to the subject matter. Skills: 5+ years of experience in brokerage operations. Brokerage operations generalist, you have worked in various functions of a brokerage operations team which may include accounts, risk, fraud, trading, etc. FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 63, & 24 required. Knowledge and respect for SEC/FINRA regulatory and compliance rules and regulations. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Team player and willing to jump in and help others on a regular basis. Someone who thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
