Job Description Thermal Spray Machine OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Thermal Spray Machine Operator for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments and gain valuable knowledge. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as operating thermal spray machines, feeding, cleaning, troubleshooting machines, and other related duties. Growth Opportunity!Pay Rate1st shift - $15.00 per hour2nd shift - $16.00 per hour3rd shift - $ 17.00 per hourSchedule and Hours1st shift – Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm2nd shift – Monday – Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm3rd shift – Monday – Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 amThermal Spray Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:Operate thermal spray machines to coat precision parts.Run the thermal spray console according to established parameters.Load and operate coating material feeder.Measure parts for coating coverage using micrometers, calipers, etc.Review drawings and specifications to determine parts to be masked, cleaned, or coated.Thermal Spray Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:High school education or equivalent.2+ years of relevant experience as a machine operatorAbility to read blueprints and drawings.Attention to detail.Able to lift 50 pounds at minimum.Job Type Full time, temporary to hireBenefits• Weekly Pay• 401(k) retirement plan• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance• 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)• 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar yearInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to apsTampa@apstemps.com, or call us at 813.888.7508 to learn more.
