Join a progressive, fast-paced, and well-established podiatry practice in Brunswick, GA! We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to become a key part of our front office team. Candidates with two or more years of medical office experience are strongly preferred.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office.
Key Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)
Answering and directing patient phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
Performing insurance verification and assisting with authorizations as needed
Managing patient check-in and checkout processes
Supporting front office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Utilizing EMR systems; billing experience is a plus
