Position: Treasury Management Director Location: Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the Bank's treasury management sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectives and identifying market opportunities for deposit and fee income growth. Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annual production goals and providing strategic leadership to drive performance. Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasury clients by proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities. Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee income generation through effective client presentations, solution consultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to treasury revenue to support the Bank's financial objectives. Qualifications:7+ years of banking experience with at least 3-5 years in Treasury Management or Cash Management Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Demonstrated success in revenue production and deposit growth Management experience preferred Excellent relationship building and presentation skills.
