This is a part-time role with varying hours (30 hours/week and under) - a great entry point into the hospitality industry with a team that genuinely takes care of its people.Essential Job DutiesWash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils throughout serviceMaintain cleanliness of the dish station, kitchen floors, and back-of-house areasSupport cooks with basic prep tasks and restocking as neededTake out trash and manage recycling throughout the shiftAssist with receiving and storing deliveriesFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standardsCommunicate proactively with the Kitchen Manager on any supply or equipment needsMinimum Job RequirementsNo prior experience required - we'll train the right personAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environmentReliable and punctual with flexible availability including weekends and holidaysPositive attitude and team-first mindsetCompensation & Benefits$21/hour + participation in tip poolHoliday pay on 6 set company holidays (available in handbook)Paid Time Off accrued up to 2 weeksEmployee discounts on beer and merchandiseOpportunity to grow within a passionate, expanding craft beer brandGreat beer benefitsSalary
