Job Description West Metro Aviation is seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of two companies, ensuring administrative efficiency, supporting our leadership team, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative functions for two entities, ensuring seamless workflow.Front-of-House: Act as the primary receptionist and professional gatekeeper for the office.Logistics & Communication: Manage master schedules, handle shipping/receiving, and facilitate internal communications.HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and support general HR functions.Executive Assistance: Provide direct support to ownership and leadership through reporting, project coordination, and high-level administrative tasks - babysitting the owner :)Facility Oversight: Maintain office inventory and manage miscellaneous tasks to keep the office running at peak performance.Qualifications:Proven experience in office management or senior administrative roles.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office management tools.A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.What We Offer:A positive, collaborative, and aviation-driven work environment.The opportunity to take a lead role in a growing business.Company DescriptionWest Metro Aviation is owned and operated by the recently retired Lucas Oil Pitts Airshow Pilot, Michael Wiskus with over 30,000 hours of flight time experience, His shop is staffed by qualified, caring professionals who have a passion for aviation.
