As a CAS Advisory Manager, you will lead client engagements, analyze financial data, and provide guidance on accounting and process improvements. You will also mentor teams and collaborate with both domestic and overseas resources to enhance service delivery and efficiency. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships and delivering impactful advisory solutions. This job can be worked remotely anywhere in the US!ResponsibilitiesReview financial reporting packages and workpapers for accuracy, completeness, and timelinessAnalyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to deliver actionable client insightsPresent financial results and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidenceSupport the development of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsProvide technical accounting guidance on complex issuesIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through client discoveryLead, coach, and develop staff and senior accountantsEffectively leverage and collaborate with offshore/overseas teams to enhance service delivery and efficiencyApply knowledge of job costing, inventory, and overhead allocation within manufacturing environmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments3+ years of experience leading and developing teamsKnowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts, including WIP, inventory, job costing, and COGSCPA, CMA, or similar certification preferredStrong financial reporting and analytical skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and client relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Fishbowl, Katana) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to influence outcomes, drive process improvements, and develop team membersAbility to travel up to 10%Christine Villicana from Wipfli’s recruiting team will be guiding you through this process. Visit her LinkedIn Page to connect!Additional DetailsWipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
