Implementation Engineer
Please note internal position title for Implementation Engineer is Product Engineer. This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least three days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Engineer (internal position title is Product Engineer) to collaborate with internal teams and clients in deploying complex and productized solutions for our proprietary software, FacilityOS. Reporting to the VP, Product Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, testing, and deploying a diverse range of solutions, including data integrations, workflows, and software configurations. Focusing on customer projects, the incumbent will manage integrations with 3rd party software such as HR systems, active directories, single sign-on, ERP systems, locker systems and others. They will also configure complex workflows through setting up automations and custom SQL queries within the product. As part of our Professional Services department, the Product Engineering team sees ideas from concept all the way to implementation, initially without the need for new feature development, and with a goal of future productization by developing well-built solutions that can be widely deployed. Acting as a technical authority, the product engineering team not only assists with support escalations but also empowers the implementation team to successfully deploy new and evolving solutions.The ideal candidate should have three or more years of SQL experience and one or more years of C# .NET, or related experience, and knowledge of databases and how they integrate with other platforms.
