We are building the best field team in the market and promote almost exclusively from within.THE OPPORTUNITYVan Leads are the backbone of Shine's daily field operations. You own the job from start to finish — loading the van, running the crew, executing the service, and closing out with the customer. This is a leadership role in the field with direct commission upside tied to your crew's production.What You Will DoLead a 2-3 person crew on daily residential and commercial service jobsManage van loading, equipment setup, and job site organizationDeliver high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaningCommunicate professionally with customers on-site and address any concernsComplete post-job confirmation checklist before leaving any job siteMaintain vehicle cleanliness, equipment condition, and supply inventoryTrain and mentor junior technicians on technique and safety protocolsOperate Housecall Pro for job tracking, job notes, and customer communicationWhat We Are Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and operate outdoors in all weather conditions1+ year of exterior cleaning, trades, or similar field service experience preferredStrong communication skills and a professional customer-facing mannerHigh reliability — punctual, consistent, and accountableAbility to lead and set the pace for a crewCompensationGeneral services: 16%-17% commission on fleet revenueDaily pay is MAX(hourly floor, commission earned) — you are never penalized for a slow dayCommission increases available through advancement to Senior Van LeadWHY SHINEClear advancement path: Junior Tech → Senior Tech → Van Lead → Field SupervisorCommission structure that rewards performance directlyCompany vehicle — no wear on your personal vehicleConsistent full-time schedule with year-round workSmall, accountable team culture — no corporate bureaucracy
