Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Essential FunctionsReview and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility Studies, Preliminary, Schematic, Design documents & Construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects for office renovation, Office Furniture buys, Office furniture reconfiguration, Office Moves within site and off sitesCompare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering.Create and execute contracts base on full scope projects.Compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors and ensure the contractors abide the rates throughout the project duration.Enhance overall cost controls service delivery by increasing efficiency and improving processesSupport in developing and maintaining customers historical cost benchmark for various project typesPrioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers’ expectationsSupport Project regent Board developmentHelp to develop Sustainment Planning in conjunction with IFM team and Client.Help and sustain Projects ForecastingPerform all PWMeb Functions: Estimating, Funding submissions (Payment apps), CR,Project Close outs, updating budgeting, update contracts.CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENTActively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success Act as an interface with PMO, Engineers, MAC Team, and client’s Cost Controlweekly meeting/ bi-weekly meeting to track review cost budgets with client Project Cost controls, and team Project Team Managers, Facilities Manager and Engineering ManagersAdditional DutiesRun monthly labor report in CFS and send to Finance to complete reclass.KPI Compliance – track SWP dates (initiative, PD, contract, closeouts)Work with Finance Director to track and bill T&EWork with CBRE to issue their team POs in PMWeb; review and approve their change requests and payment apps in PMWebFinance critical item explanationsReview/approve all project-related POs in E1Provide sales tax exemption documents to vendors when appropriate.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management and understanding of CSI trade costsExperience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferredKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAbility to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goalsStrong working knowledge of architectural & Engineering drawings, furniture, and space planning conceptsPractical drawing/test fit review will be requested at the time of interview.Highly organized with strong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to support Business Development initiatives as assigned or requestedStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with the customer’s executives, JLL executives.Ability to successfully communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, client’s representatives, and team membersKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software (i.e., RS Means, Onscreen Center, OneDrive, SharPoint, PMWeb)This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
