This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with a scientific background to gain hands-on lab experience and exposure to engineering teams.Key QualificationsExperience or exposure to wireless radio testingBachelor's degree in a relevant scientific fieldUnderstanding of laboratory equipment and laboratory information systemsAbility to interpret technical documentation (blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams)Core ResponsibilitiesAssist in processing lab samples, performing tests, and analyzing resultsBuild or adapt basic test setups and equipmentConduct tests using general laboratory tools and equipmentRecord, interpret, and explain test resultsPrepare charts, graphs, and reports based on findingsMaintain and perform routine care of laboratory equipment and workspaceFollow defined test plans, datasheets, and proceduresRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and operational instructionsInput and extract data using computer systems and softwareCollaborate with engineers and lab technicians to report findingsCommunicate with customers during test setup and execution as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives within lab operationsEnsure compliance with all safety, security, and code of conduct standardsCompensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
