Bilingual Recruiter
In the role of Bilingual Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts while also contributing to key human resources functions. This position works in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates. Beyond recruitment, you will support new hire onboarding, help maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations, and handle daily administrative responsibilities that promote a positive and seamless employee experience. Work Model:On-Site8:00 AM - 5:00 PMMonday - Friday What You Will Do:Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationCollaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategiesBuild and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking effortsCoordinate interview scheduling while maintaining clear and timely communication with candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Paycom applicant tracking systemSupport onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and provide day-to-day HR administrative assistance What You Will Need to Be Successful:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources supportBilingual proficiency in English and SpanishKnowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and current recruiting trendsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levelsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Benefits Overview:Health, dental, and vision insurance401kPTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Joye Moore at (515) 225-7000 or email jmoore@thepalmergroup.com. #ZR
