The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, assisting providers with patient care, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth clinic workflow.ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and obtain vital signsPrepare patients for examinations and treatmentsAssist providers during patient visits and proceduresDocument patient histories, treatment updates, and provider notes in EMRSchedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flowVerify and collect patient paperwork and insurance/LOP documentationCoordinate referrals for imaging, physical therapy, and specialist careCommunicate professionally with patients, attorneys, and referral sourcesMaintain treatment rooms, medical supplies, and clinic cleanlinessPerform drug screens, injections assistance, EKGs, or other duties as assigned (if applicable)QualificationsPrevious Medical Assistant experience preferredExperience in personal injury, orthopedics, pain management, or urgent care is a plusCertified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) Preferred But Not RequiredStrong multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredEMR Experience RequiredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentPaid time offHealth benefits (if applicable)Stable full-time schedule401k
