Lead Office Services Associate

We are seeking a highly dependable and versatile Lead Office Services Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic office environment. This is a hands-on, "wear many hats" role responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of office services, facilities coordination, IT support, and hospitality functions.Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with 1 hour lunch (35 hour work week).Hourly Pay: $27/hr.Key Responsibilities:Manage mail services including sorting, scanning, delivery, and postage applicationCoordinate courier services and outgoing shipmentsHandle printing, copying, and document scanning requestsProcess invoices and maintain accurate recordsOrder and coordinate food services for meetings and eventsPlan and support office events and team lunchesReset and maintain conference rooms to ensure readinessMonitor, restock, and order office suppliesMaintain organized records and file management systemsLiaise with building management for facilities-related requestsProvide reception coverage, greet visitors, and manage incoming callsMonitor conference room schedules and proactively prepare meeting spacesProvide basic IT support including laptop setup, troubleshooting, AV support, and desktop imaging (training provided)What We're Looking For:Prior experience working in a law firm or corporate settingProactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independentlyStrong organizational and communication skillsCustomer-service mindset with a focus on creating a positive office experienceComfortable supporting light IT functions and learning new systemsProfessional presence with a high level of reliabilityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Internal candidates only: The compensation outlined is applicable for candidates who fully meet the qualifications of the role based on their education and experience.
