*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Technology Alignment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, quality assurance, and Information Technology
*Responsibilities*
- Implement & Document compliance policies and procedures from major frameworks such as: HIPAA, NIST, COBIT, CMMC, FTC, SOC2, ISO2700, and others
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to standardize all clients against.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulations and guidelines
- Conduct internal audits and client audits to assess compliance levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues, create agenda items for our vCIO to review with clients in quarterly meetings.
- Document all compliance related information for every client and our internal team. Distribute compliance related policies to the appropriate point of contact when necessary.
- Use our complance managment software to perform assesments.
