We are currently seeking a Rising Star to join our Support Services department. As a Rising Star, you'll work directly with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and connect them with essential services and supports. You'll be part of a mission-driven team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and empowers you to make a real difference in your community.Requirements:Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.One-year commitment.Self-motivated and possess an eagerness to learn.Willingness to listen and participate in tasks.Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programsKey Responsibilities:Rising Stars will work directly with our community's most vulnerable to assist them obtaining community based in-home health services. In addition, Rising Stars gain leadership experience by participating in, and occasionally leading, cross-training efforts to ensure adequate coverage for all support services tasks and departmental projects to improve the operations of the business.
