Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician, based in Hershey, PA. The Service Technician will perform day-to-day responsibilities such as maintenance and repair tasks on restaurant equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing field service support. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure timely and effective service, assisting in maintaining operational efficiency for restaurant businesses. Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair for restaurant equipment, and handling preventive maintenance tasksExpertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC, refrigeration, and other restaurant equipmentExperience in Field Service operations and the ability to respond promptly on-siteStrong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needsAbility to work independently and effectively manage timeRelevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or equipment repair are a plusPrevious experience in restaurant equipment repair or a similar field is preferred
