ORDER MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Monitor and coordinates activities of workers who are engaged in order planning, assignment, and processing. Assign and fulfill all foreign and domestic orders for processing and shipping to meet on-time shipping. Regularly communicate with Shipping Supervisor, QC, Customer Service, and Inventory Control to prevent issues or setbacks. Assist with scheduling planning of staffing to maintain an acceptable service level. Report daily sales, workload, staffing, and other related issues to shipping supervisor.
