Traveling Maintenance Technician

We pride ourselves on our strong team of field technicians who consistently provide top-tier service to our esteemed U.S. corporate clients, supported by exceptional management teams.We're on the lookout for capable individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to our success and who are committed to integrity and continuous learning.CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Traveling Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking dedicated individuals for full-time commercial construction projects that require travel across the United States.JOB REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in the following skills:CarpentryPartition framing with metal/wood studs, installation of basic cabinetry/countertops, and hanging doors/windows.PaintingSkilled in both interior and exterior painting.FlooringExperience in installing VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base.Basic knowledge in the following areas is preferred:PlumbingAbility to replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, and work with basic drainage and water lines (licensed plumbers are encouraged to apply).ElectricalExperience with replacement and installation of light fixtures, switches, and outlets, as well as basic data connections and diagnosing minor electrical issues (licensed electricians are welcomed).HVACUnderstanding of refrigeration systems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Participate in commercial renovations and buildouts.Ability to use basic computer applications.Adhere to OSHA safety requirements.Possess a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to foster strong relationships.We encourage qualified candidates to apply and join our dynamic team!
