Paradox is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who will play a pivotal role in building the next generation of an online learning platform that integrates AI, delivers an unparalleled user experience, and scales to thousands of students worldwide. Mission Build a state-of-the-art application that enables millions of people to learn online at scale, combining AI, UX/UI excellence, and performance. Responsibilities Build & Innovate – Develop new features, implement AI-driven functionalities, test, iterate, and push boundaries. Scalability & Performance – Optimize resource usage, ensure the app can handle large volumes of concurrent users, and leverage CDN & caching strategies. User-Centred Design – Collaborate with product and design teams to build intuitive, beautiful, and efficient UI/UX. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Investigate and resolve technical challenges to ensure a seamless user journey. Collaboration & Communication – Actively participate in architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, and work within Agile frameworks. Qualifications – Must Have 3–6 years of Full-Stack Development experience or as CTO of a startup. Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years). Proficiency in Tailwind CSS. Strong AI mindset – actively integrate AI into workflows. Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code. French and English fluency required. Nice to Have Experience with Nest.js. Experience with LMS applications and mobile development. Location & Remote This is a full-time position carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon, or full-remote from anywhere in the world.
