Distribution Associate Jobs | Somerville TNFocus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our DTC facility in Somerville, TN. As a Distribution Associate 2 you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately. Requirements: Ability to work alone and remain on task Maintain excellent attendance Communicate effectively Follow all safety procedures Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time Other job requirements may apply Location: Somerville, TN 38068 Pay: Up to $15.55 per hour Shift: All Shifts Available
