Global Revenue Supervisor, VA

A company is looking for a Global Revenue Supervisor to oversee a team of offshore/global billing and revenue cycle staff supporting Veterans Affairs accounts. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of offshore/global VA revenue cycle staff, ensuring productivity and quality across workflows Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop staff capability and address performance gaps Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and prepare regular performance reports for operational leadership Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly with Veterans Affairs or government payer billing 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience, including managing remote or offshore staff Working knowledge of VA billing requirements and claim adjudication processes Proficiency in revenue cycle management systems and reporting tools Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable plans
