The company has gained trust from some of the world's leading international companies.About The RoleWe are seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics team member to support daily logistics operations, including receiving shipments, coordinating outgoing shipments, managing inventory, communicating with vendors and carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple logistics activities while ensuring shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently.Why Join UsWork with a supportive and collaborative teamGain valuable experience in a dynamic logistics environmentWork SchedulePart-time hours (20–30 hours per week) to start, with the potential to move to full-time based on the company’s needs and your performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition of itemsCoordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveryTrack inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records in the systemCommunicate with vendors and shipping carriers to confirm shipments, schedule pickups, and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactionsQuickly address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize supply chain disruptionsEnsure shipping and receiving processes follow applicable safety and compliance guidelinesQualificationsPrevious experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management highly preferredPrevious experience with NetSuite is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills when working with vendors, suppliers, and team membersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issuesHourly Wage: $25Location: Hayward, CA (On-site)
