Territory Manager - Sarasota, FL - BiologicsDate: Apr 20, 2026Location: FS-SunCompany: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA)The Sun Biologics Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun's biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis. The Territory Manager will develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Coordination and integration with field-based employees (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, managed markets, etc.) to drive product acceptance within the designated business area and geography.Qualifications & RequirementsRequired: Bachelor's degree.Required: Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience.Required: Very strong communication skills and clinical acumen.Required: Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results.Required: Valid driver's license.Preferred: Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic disease states, including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and multiple sclerosis.Preferred: IV or subcutaneous biologic selling experience (includes oncology).Preferred: Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment.Preferred: Dermatology selling experience.Preferred: Biologic launch experience.Preferred: Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.Personal Skills & AttributesPositive attitude, adaptable to a dynamic "startup" type of environment.Dependable, builds trust with matrix team, transparent, ethical, and compliant.Experienced in selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter clearly.General Responsibilities & Decision-Making AuthorityReports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.Understand and utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts.Timely call reporting.Manage sales budgets within the territory.Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base compensation pay range is $118,000–$164,000. Additional compensation may vary based on location and experience. The position is part of the IC Commission Plan.
