Job Description We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a multi-entity organization. This role oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to provide strategic insights that support growth.What you will do:• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.• Direct accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, close process).• Ensure accurate financial statements and strong internal controls.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth.• Partner with business leaders on financial planning and reporting.• Manage audits, tax compliance, and external reporting.What you will have:• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related (CPA preferred).• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial systems expertise, and leadership skills.• Prior experience presenting financial insights to executives and stakeholders.How To ApplyPlease respond to this posting with your resume We love recruiting!
