Locums, Inc. is seeking Primary Care Physicians for full-time Adult Primary care services in the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, NM. Assignment will be for 3 months with extensions possible. Any valid state or Federal license acceptable. About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance is approx. 7/1/20 to 9/30/20 w/ possible extension to 9/30/21- 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week. No weekends or Holidays- Estimated 3 patients/hour- Provide local populace with primary health care addressing chronic preventative medicine issues. - Located about 56 miles northeast of Gallup, NM and within 2 hours of AlbuquerqueRequirements:- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Board Certified in Family Medicine- Active and unrestricted DEA- Active BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications mandatory- Full vaccinations and immunizations- 3 References- Continuing Medical Education
