Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Indiana, United States, for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to transform OVG's operational effectiveness by improving information flow and access across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects that eliminate barriers, increase visibility, and enable better decision-making at all levels. In addition, this role will provide hands-on project leadership, structured execution, and change management to ensure initiatives are delivered consistently, adopted successfully, and sustained.
