PROGRAM MANAGERAbout P2P CorpPracticum to Profession (P2P) Corp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Chicago, IL, dedicated to transforming the future of youth from low-to-moderate income (LMI) communities through practical education, professional exposure, and holistic support. P2P builds on Career Technical Education (CTE) courses and certifications to create workforce development pipeline programs that prepare high school students for life after graduation—whether that means full-time employment, trade training, or postsecondary education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between high school and in-demand careers, promoting economic mobility and building a resilient, equitable workforce in underserved communities. P2P Corp is in an early operational phase with a proactive working board. About the RoleP2P Corp is seeking a highly organized, relationship-oriented, part-time Program Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of the P2P Accelerator Program. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, schools, employers, volunteers, and community partners while ensuring an exceptional participant experience from recruitment through program completion. This individual will play a critical role in building and refining systems as P2P continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison with employers, professional development programs, high schools, parents, and students.Manage relationships with P2P vendors and partners to ensure program quality and continuity.Track and maintain accurate student attendance records and program reports.Contribute feedback to curriculum development and assist in delivering curriculum content.Attend all in-person and virtual program sessions in the Chicagoland area.Coordinate student meals, transportation logistics, and collection of participant feedback.Maintain a part time schedule (approximately 20-25 hours per week), with some evening or weekend availability for Accelerator Program sessions or school fairs.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, military, or trade experienceExperience with or interest in student recruitment and outreachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Google WorkspacePatience and a heart to serve others.A growth mindset and willingness to take ownership in uncertain settings.Professional experience in education, nonprofit management, social work, public administration, communications, or a related field.Experience working with high school students or young adults.Experience coordinating programs, events, or community initiatives.Strong organizational and project management skills.
