Primary Job Title: Non-Clinical - Administrative/Staffing CoordinatorLocation: Beverly Hills, CAOnsite Flexibility: OnsiteContract Details:Position Type: ContractContract Duration: 13 weeksPay: $25/hrShift / Schedule: 8 hours between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 1 weekend day per monthWork Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive staff and provider schedules while ensuring appropriate coverage for all clinic shifts. The position requires monitoring staffing levels, processing time-off requests, and collaborating with HR and Payroll to reconcile schedules with recorded time off.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive staff and provider schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all clinic shiftsEnter, update, and adjust schedules in UKG (Kronos) to reflect real-time staffing changesMonitor staffing levels and address last-minute changes (illnesses, emergencies, or volume changes) promptlyEnsure all scheduling complies with policies, labor laws, and departmental guidelinesPublish schedules on a regular cycle and communicate changes clearly and in advanceCoordinate weekend and holiday staffing, implementing fair rotating schedules and ensuring adequate coverageReceive and process time-off requests, verifying eligibility and obtaining necessary approvalsUpdate schedules to reflect approved time off and arrange coverage as neededTrack attendance and availability, reporting concerns to management as appropriateCollaborate with HR and Payroll to reconcile schedules with recorded time offPerform routine audits of schedules to verify accuracy and compliance with regulationsMonitor adherence to work-hour limits, overtime rules, and departmental policiesPrepare and present staffing reports using UKG, Excel, or Tableau to inform leadership decisionsRecommend process improvements based on audit findings and operational feedbackEducation Requirements:High school diploma or GEDRequired Experience:1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office settingNice-to-Have Experience:2 years of recent experience in large-scale staff and physician schedulingRequired Skills:Experience with EPIC or FASTAbility to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructionsPreferred Skills:Certification in healthcare administration or schedulingUnderstanding of medical terminologyExperience with UKGAbout GTT: GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
