As a community-focused organization, we bring together students, families, and instructors in a collaborative setting.Role DescriptionThe Director will plan and implement ballet curriculum, teach classes for a variety of ages and skill levels, and mentor both students and staff. Additional responsibilities include choreographing performances, assisting with recitals or competitions, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Director will also oversee administrative tasks, including class schedules, tracking student progress, and parent communication, which can be done remotely, if preferred. This hybrid role is an opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic ballet program within a supportive studio community.QualificationsExpertise in Ballet Technique, Choreography, and Dance InstructionExperience in developing curriculum and managing class structuresStrong Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skillsAbility to inspire and mentor students of varying skill levels and agesOrganizational skills for scheduling, planning performances, and student assessmentsPrior experience in an educational or studio setting is highly valuedPassion for fostering a supportive and inclusive communityRelevant certifications or degrees in Dance, Ballet, or Performing Arts preferred but not required
