HCM Product Owner - REMOTE

About the Company: AGM Tech Solutions is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner I to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud operations while partnering closely with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.This role is Primarily remote!!!!!This role is open to w2 candidates only - USC - GC.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud HCM production operations, issue triage, and root cause analysisCoordinate with offshore AMS teams to resolve system and user issues efficientlyMonitor system performance and proactively identify operational risksGather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for enhancements and projectsParticipate in testing activities including test case review, execution, and validationSupport project delivery from planning through deploymentCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, DTP, vendors, and business stakeholdersAssist with training materials, user communications, and change management initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencySupport KPI tracking and evaluation of system enhancements and operational performanceQualifications:Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsRequired Skills:Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience working with cross-functional business and technical teamsKnowledge of production support, testing, and system enhancement processesPreferred Skills:If you are interested in learning more, please send your updated resume and contact information.Pay range and compensation package: #OracleHCM #OracleCloud #ProductOwner #HCM #HRTechnology #TechJobs #Hiring #OracleJobs #ProductManagement #AGMTechSolutions
