Requirements: Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Licenses/Certification Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment. Valid CPR certificate preferred. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania CNA license Ability to work shifts and other holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to float to similar or lower acuity units if needed. Passion for providing quality care.
