Job Title: Korber Systems Support AnalystLocation: Remote, U.S. preferred; ability to support Pacific Time hours requiredEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a Korber Systems Support Analyst to support our Warehouse Management System operations across Nexora. This role is ideal for someone who understands warehouse systems, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to expand their experience with Korber in a hands-on support environment.This is not a senior implementation consultant role. We are looking for someone who can help support daily WMS activity, troubleshoot issues, work with operations teams, and help improve how our systems support the business.What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day Korber WMS questions, issues, and ticketsHelp troubleshoot warehouse system and operational issuesWork with operations, IT, business users, and system partners to resolve problemsDocument issues, business needs, process gaps, and solutionsHelp train and support WMS super users and operations team membersParticipate in system testing, updates, enhancements, and future rolloutsSupport reporting, data review, and issue escalation when neededPartner with internal teams to improve warehouse system processesProvide clear communication and follow-up on assigned workWhat We’re Looking ForExperience supporting Korber, HighJump, or another Tier 1 WMSStrong understanding of warehouse or distribution center operationsAbility to troubleshoot system or process issuesComfortable working with end users and cross-functional teamsStrong communication, documentation, and follow-up skillsAbility to explain technical or system issues in a simple waySelf-directed, organized, and able to prioritize workCustomer-service mindset and willingness to learnNice to HaveJDE experienceExperience supporting WMS implementations or rolloutsExperience training end users or super usersBusiness analysis, fit/gap, or process documentation experienceWhy This Role May Be a Good FitThis is a great opportunity for someone who has WMS support experience and wants to deepen their Korber knowledge while supporting a growing business. Most of your day will involve working at a computer, collaborating with team members, and supporting system users.
