Pravan is dedicated to redefining healthcare by putting patient needs first and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full‐time hybrid role for a Medical Doctor based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Medical Doctor will provide primary and preventive care to patients through both in‐person consultations and telemedicine. Responsibilities include performing detailed medical assessments, developing personalized care plans, coordinating with specialists, and focusing on patient wellness and education. The role also involves collaborating with the clinic's medical and wellness team to ensure excellent patient care.QualificationsStrong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningFamiliarity with telemedicine and the ability to utilize digital health platforms effectivelyStrong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a hybrid work settingValid medical license to practice in Puerto RicoBoard certification in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong assetExperience in concierge medicine or patient‐centered healthcare models is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
