ACTIVE IRS MBI OR DoD Top Secret CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITIONTriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. (TriTech) is seeking a 'Security Architect' to support a Federal client. This candidate will lead the security architecture on the IRS MeF program. In addition, this candidate will serve as IRS key Point-of-Contact for security security-related decisions. Drive remediating of security vulnerabilities proactively and based upon security scanning reports. Make recommendations for increasing MeF DevSecOps maturity. Drive recommendations and provide guidance related to the Portal, which hosts several MeF applications.MeF is a platform for electronically filing returns with the IRS. It provides SOA based web services that filers use to submit returns and provides web applications for IRS users to work with the returns. MeF validates filed returns, determines their disposition, and interfaces with other IRS systems for downstream processing of the returns. IBM developed and enhanced MeF since 2001.Primary Duties:Develop and extend MeF security solution architectures – estimated 25%Provide recommendations/architectural options and solutions, especially related to security for migrating MeF to containers and to the Cloud – estimated 25%Coordinate team activities related to security vulnerability remediation and responding to customer requests – estimated 15%Attend meetings and provide recommendations related to the Portal within which MeF applications run – 15%Maintain and/or create contractual deliverables in accordance with IRS templates – estimated 10%Provide LoE estimates for Impact Assessments and VROMs – estimated 5%Provide recommendations for implementing DevSecOps practices on MeF – estimated 5%Required Skills/Level of Experience:Experience developing, in collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, partners, project teams, and vendors, security architectures for large, complex programs - 8+ yearsExperience in leading team(s) of architects and/or developers – 8+ yearsStrong customer communication skills, both oral and written – 8+ yearsExperience developing security architecture for applications running in the Cloud – 5+ yearsExperience developing security architecture for applications running in containers – 5+ yearsExperience developing security solutions for AWS GovCloud – 2+ yearsExperience with microservices security – 4+ yearsExperience with architecting Spring Boot applications – 2+ yearsExperience enhancing Portal architectures – 4+ yearsExperience in developing DevSecOps solutions on complex projects – 4+ yearsExperience with the Linux platform – 4+ yearsExperience with CM tools, such as IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) and Git SCM – 4+ yearsExperience developing (V)ROM estimates in response to requests for new work – 3+ yearsCISSP CertificationPreferred Skills:Experience developing requirements and architecting solutions for monitoringExperience with relational database technologiesExperience with CMMI Level 3 Process AreasExperience with Agile Lean methodologiesExperience with Azure cloud for government and Google cloud for governmentExperience with WebMethods, ESB, API Gateways, Event Driven Architecture, and KafkaExperience with Ping IdentityTriTech is an equal opportunity employer.Powered by JazzHRBLL1KIT4v8
