We offer:Competitive pay with shift differentials and bonusesDay-one Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) match immediately vested with the company100% Paid Parental LeaveMichelin Stock Purchase ProgramMichelin Tire Rebate ProgramCareer Development in a Global OrganizationA Culture Built on Trust, Respect, and EmpowermentBe part of a company that values your contribution and invests in your futureWhat You'll Be Doing...As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will:Serve as the primary QA resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvementDevelop, apply, and document quality requirements and standards for manufacturing and inspectionDesign and implement methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspectionEstablish supplier quality requirements and monitor supplier performanceParticipate in internal and external quality auditsCollaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsSupport New Product Project teams for smooth product transitions into manufacturingAssist Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing with product improvementsHighlight potential quality issues proactively to managementDocument first article inspections (PPAP)Maintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers values and behaviorsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For...We're seeking a team member who:Holds a bachelor's degree or has 5-10 years of related experience/trainingHas working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesDemonstrates excellent communication and influencing skillsIs proficient in QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databasesShows initiative, meets commitments, and contributes to innovative solutionsIs highly detail-oriented and organizedWorks well independently and in a team environmentIs committed to safety and follows all EHS policies and proceduresMaintains a clean and orderly work area and keeps equipment in proper conditionHas audit experience and familiarity with AS9100 (preferred)Environmental, Health & Safety Accountabilities:Learn and follow EHS policies, rules and work instructionsAttend required EHS trainingWear the required PPE at all timesTake personal responsibility for keeping yourself and your co-workers and visitors free from injury by participating in and/or conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, corrective actions and safety observationsReport incidents, near miss, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts and other hazards in the workplace.
