DescriptionEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead full life cycle recruiting activities, including strategy, sourcing, marketing of the role, phone screens, interviews, offersand negotiations Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to fully understand their hiring needs and strategicobjectives and goals Conduct recruitment strategy kick-off meetings, interview team prep and debrief sessions, and recruitment update meetings Develop robust sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies and launch campaigns to attract diverse talent Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, sourcing, events and other channels Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and take action to improve UT’s outreach in the community and withuniversities; work to identify passive candidates from diverse communities Build relationships and ensure consistency, excellence in service and a positive experience throughout the recruitmentprocess for hiring managers and candidates Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on utilizing relevant data and information in making hiring decisions; provideguidance, direction and training on behavioral interviewing, recruitment workflow, and systems Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews and related logistics as needed Proactively develop strong partnerships and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the Compensation team All other duties as requiredInternalInterface with hiring manager which could include manager to executive level,internal candidates at all levels and collaborate with other HR functions.ExternalInterface with vendors such as temporary and direct placement agencies,universities and other networking and sourcing partners.Skillsdata entry, onboarding, microsoft office, workday, Recruiting, talent acquisition, Pharma, HR systems, filing, customer service, hr administrationTop Skills Details2+ in-house, full lifecycle recruitment experience2+ recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/life sciences industriesWorkdayAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelors Degree preferredExperience LevelIntermediate LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Silver Spring, MD.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
