Remote Streamlit Developer

Seeking a developer to design and build a secure, user-friendly web application using Streamlit and Python for managing talent planning data.Key Responsibilities IncludeDeveloping a web app with role-based access control and secure authentication.Integrating with Snowflake for data reading and writing, ensuring performance and security.Enabling export of individual employee data in accessible formats.Collaborating with HR, data engineering, and IT teams to define requirements.Creating reusable components and maintaining documentation for scalability.Ensuring app reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and logging.Qualifications2+ years experience with Streamlit, Python, and SQL.Expertise in Snowflake architecture, query optimization, and security.Proven experience developing secure web applications with authentication and audit logging.Familiarity with HR data or sensitive employee information is preferred.Strong problem-solving and UI/UX skills; experience in Agile environments.Additional: Experience with Snowflake Cortex, HR compliance standards, and a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
