Store Manager (Tysons Corner)
Job Summary:As a Kizik Store Manager, you’ll set the tone for the energy and success of the store team. Your leadership will drive creativity, motivate your employees and create an energetic environment which will drive revenue and brand awareness.Duties and Responsibilities:Leading and supporting associates in delivering a stellar guest experience while providing ongoing coaching, feedback and guidance as neededDriving top-line sales to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targetsSupport the planning and execution of in-store and out of store special events to drive traffic and salesEnsuring adequate staffing through consistent recruiting and networking efforts, including hiring, training, and developing a customer-centric teamManaging the Visual Merchandising of the sales floorProtecting company assets and minimizing shrink by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met including workplace safety, inventory control, and loss preventionRegularly reviewing sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources to improve and grow the business/brandMonitoring schedules and payroll hours on a weekly basis using key business reports and payroll tools to ensure payroll targets are metAssessing inventory levels then collaborating on shipment needs and executionWorking Conditions:Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, and liftAbility to use stairs and ladders based on locationAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbsRequired Skills/Abilities:A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in collaborationExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to react under pressure and use good judgment in ambiguous situationsAbility to complete tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailFlexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, overnights, weekends, and holidaysProficient with basic technology (POS systems, scheduling systems & word processing programs)Education/Experience:Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales growthPrior experience managing a retail team Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced retail/hospitality management position, or other relevant work experience
