COMPETATIVE WAGES Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to oversee commercial roofing projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, the ability to effectively communicate with team members and has knowledge of PVC, TPO, and EPDM roofing systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Oversee quality control measures throughout the construction process, identifying any issues that may arise and implementing corrective actions. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and performance. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with construction management principles and practices is required. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction field is highly desirable.
